Our research developing ClearKit and ClearAssured and implementing ClearAudit at a number of organisations demonstrated a stark lack of confidence and competence amongst recruiters of all types when dealing with diversity.

For many, the whole diversity agenda can feel complicated and fraught with difficulty and confusion because of specific gaps in knowledge in areas such as reasonable adjustments, diversity etiquette and selecting and managing third party suppliers.
