We analyse all the quantitative and qualitative research together and map it against a template covering the four stages of the recruitment cycle: getting started, finding talent, assessment, and retention. For each of these areas we list the things that are going right, the risks and the opportunities.
We are proud of the rigour of our process but the report is always constructed to empower and engage, encouraging clients to take forward our recommendations with enthusiasm and confidence and very often developing a major change programme on the strength of our research.
We will identify the risks, barriers and opportunities within policy, practice and process, make recommendations around training needs, highlight competency requirements including third party suppliers and outline required or recommended interfaces with other HR and business management processes.
Our usual approach would be to present the initial findings back to the heads of the resourcing team and ensure they have time to digest the findings. We will then work with them on the communication of the report to the wider business, building a separate presentation of distilled findings with outputs and messages tailored to business need. We will also submit a full report to back up the presentation, a summary of the desk research and include an assessment of your website by accessibility experts AbilityNet as part of the package.
