Kate is a qualified HR professional who followed an early career in the private sector (Marks & Spencer) and the public sector (Manchester City Council) with 15 years specialising in HR recruitment and diversity. Best known for her passion and expertise in the development of inclusive best practice recruitment & talent management processes, Kate now leads her own consultancy, The Clear Company.
Kate is recognised as one of the leading auditors of recruitment and talent management best practice in the UK. Kate is an expert advisor to members of Employers’ Forum on Disability and Kate has recently developed and launched a best practice tool kit for a large NHS Client and is working with employers, employers forums and government departments on the launch of a comprehensive tool kit for the recruitment of disabled talent.
